How it works

You sign up

Freelancer: your profile, trades and availability. Business: your needs (role, date, hours, location).

We check and publish

Every offer and every public profile is reviewed by our team before publication. Your profile stays private if you wish; your contact details are never published.

We put you in touch

We pass on suitable applications and, for extras, provide an occasional-employment contract template and information so you can file the CCSS declaration yourself.

Hire an extra, simply and by the book

In Luxembourg, a hospitality extra is not self-employed: they are an employee on a fixed-term contract. For a one-off job (occasional employment contract, max. 3 months per calendar year), the employer may, under certain conditions, request an exemption from social insurance in the CCSS declaration; check with the CCSS.

  • You sign the contract with the extra and remain the employer.
  • We find an available extra and make the introduction.
  • We provide a contract template and information so you can file the CCSS declaration yourself.

Hourly minimum social wage, payslip, night work 1–6 am +25%, public holiday +100% (or compensation, see HORESCA); Sunday work follows specific HORECA-sector rules (see ITM). General information, not legal advice; currently being validated.
